When I dropped off my dogs everything seemed to be in order, when I picked them up the smell in the facility was so awful it made my eyes water and me gage... they did not follow my feeding instructions and now 2 of my dogs have diarrhea, my dogs smelled as if they had been laying in pee and poop for days, they did not smell thus way when I dropped them off they had just been groomed. Very disappointing !!!! Do not take your dogs Here if you care about them at all... horrible!!!
