They sent my cat home after keeping him 2 days, and he died that day. They told me they injected Dexamethasone directly into his lungs without asking me. 1 simple Google search and I could learn you're not supposed to do that directly into the lungs, how is this person a vet? When I showed up, he could barely breath. They did tests, and of one of those things, they said he might have fluid in his lungs and would want to check. By the time they finished the other things they wanted to do, the lobby seemed frantic, and they sent me on my way without even bringing up the fluid. Next day, he wasn't doing mych better so I called and they said I could hospitalize him there. I show up to drop him off at 4 (1 hour before closing time) and theres like 7 people with animals sitting in the lobby, again, frantic atmosphere. I call the next day to ask how he's doing, and the girl on the phone asks me if he's always breathed heavy and if "I want" the can check the for fluid even though I thought that was supposed to be the plan on day 1 when I first took him in. Said she'd find out and call back. No callback. Then I show up the next day to pick him up and he's ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Litter dust in his fur, and They said they were liquid dieting him, but couldn't even take the time to wipe up any spilled liquids that dried into his fur all around his mouth and neck. I think this place overwhelms themselves with animals they don't have the time to care for, and I've never felt like more of a number "let's just get as many in and out" in my life with any other appointments. I would not bring an animal I cared about here.
