I had a mixed experience. While I liked their grooming service, my experience with their daycare was deeply upsetting and frustrating. When booking, I was told the total for the daycare and overnight stay would be $33. Yet, at pickup, I was charged $55. When I asked why, they explained that picking up after noon triggers an extra daycare fee. I don't mind paying appropriate charges, but clear pricing and an accurate quotation should be expected upfront. Moreover, I brought food and a clothing item for my pet in case it got cold. When I picked him up, the clothing item was missing. The staff checked their system, told me there was no entry for it, and suggested I check my home in case I had left it there. This item is very special to me because it is the exact cloth I received when my pet was adopted. If I distinctly remember handing it over to them, how could I have left it at home? It is incredibly disappointing to have a sentimental item lost and then be dismissed like that. To make matters worse, when I picked my dog up, he had a red eye with discharge. He clearly contracted an eye infection while in their care, adding a vet bill on top of the hidden fees and lost items. I will not be returning, sorry! 5 stars for the groomer! She was great!

I got my dog Snicker groomed here. They were nice and explained everything and double check the services i requested. The Groomer seemed like she had a lot of patience with Snickers and she did her best to make sure he was conformable. I will for sure be bring him back again.

Hello, my name is Koda and I am a 1.5 year old aussidor and I attended doggie daycare at Petopia all the time and let me tell you it was the most wonderful place not only in Grand Forks but ANYWHERE! Not only did I make all sorts of new doggo friends but the staff there played with me, rubbed my belly, and pet me ALL THE TIME they’re the best! When my owner picks me up and we get home I lay right on his lap for some cuddles before passing out because of all the excitement and fun I had at daycare. I used to hate when my dad had to work out of town but now when he workS out of town I get to go see all my dog and human friends at Petopia! I give this place 2 paws up I would highly recommend you bark endlessly at your owners until they wise up and get you over to Petopia for daycare or boarding!!
