- KRKimberly RiskeApr 24, 20262.0My appointments were either canceled or or needed to be rescheduled cause their online booking “doesn’t account for when they stop working.” On app you can book the appointment for 4pm but they don’t actually take any appointments after 2 pm. Then when you reschedule from that they call and tell you they have to reschedule again cause the groomer for your dog called out. They tell you they will offer you a discount but when you arrive to pick your dog up there is no discount and your dog looks like he went through a wood chopper. He is jagged and looked like my 11 year old would have done better with clippers.

Walked in with my dog at the time and was told “we’re going to lunch and busy today.” I Stated we have an appointment and was met with attitude saying they don’t have time. Why confirm an appointment if you don’t have time? They went and even canceled our appointment for us after turning us away, very nice of them.

- LBLarry BoylesFeb 4, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my little Yorki-Poo in which weighs a little over 8 lbs. He is a five month old puppy with lots of energy. I was having the bath and dry, sanitary cut and nails clipped. Apparently it was to much for Cat to handle. She gave him a Bath and Dry and said she cut his nails but could not give him a sanitary cut because he kept biting the clipper. Really? He is a pup. She didn't do the sanitary cut. However she wanted me to book another appointment next week to give him another bath and blow dry. No thanks. I did not recieve what I wanted and I still got charged for the whole thing. My dog is small and paid $49.00. I believe it should have been cheaper. I would reccomend somewhere else.
