Corp said they were going to look into it but still Nothing. Theft. Plain and simple, theft. I'm owed $25. It's a shame they switched mangmt. This dude is awful. The store is awful. I will not step foot back in here and suggest you don't either. Insta does petsmart, it's nicer there anyway. A credit would've been fine but to lie and make a game out of stealing from an older woman on a budget just shows you everything you need to know. I returned something 9 days ago and still haven't gotten my refund. My brother and myself have talked with the mgr who flat out is not going to help. Took the product and my money. Even store credit would've been fine but this is just theft. I miss the other mgr who used to work here. Customer service is over. Petsmart right up the road and insta does them to.

I still need dog food so I went to grab a different bag & the one I had ordered was right there on the shelf. So I had to pay twice and wait to be refunded for the original bag. Not everyone can do that with a $100 bag of dog food. Very frustrating experience. The cashier was nonplussed.
