And everytime I finally find someone to help, they’re across the store in little groups just chatting. Especially that Anna person with the glasses, for once I was able to go in and get my fish within 3 minutes just to go to the registers where around twelve people were in line. Meanwhile Anna and four other associates were sitting by the cats just talking. What was suppose to be a quick in and out trip ended up being 15 minutes because of the incompetence of management. Again this isn’t the first time this has happened either. I am very disappointed in this location overall.

- TLTamra LaVallieMay 15, 20261.0Every time I get a fish from there I bring them home n they are sick n end up dying within a day, I've gotten 3 fish from there, I know it isn't me because I went to school for that, so it's nothing I'm doing, plus my snail died as well and I bought the shrimp that were on sale buy three shrimp you get the fourth free, well I got four shrimp and was over charged, I tried to tell the cashier this, she looked at me and ignored what I had to say so I got charged for four of them...plus it took me 20 minutes before I could get anyone to help in the fish aisle and each time I go I can never find anyone to help me....I'm very disappointed in petco and will not be returning...plus the cleanliness was not very good...it looked very dirty and unkept, there even was a cricket crawling around on the floor
