  Brittany, you were exceptional. Enjoyed the convo and sold me on the fish tank and was knowledgeable. If there were more stars, she would get them.

  Hello, I just wanted to let other's know that petco have some poor people that just walk around the store that some of the workers don't do crap. Every time I come in everyone is sitting must be in the office I seen one person at the till with no help, the front looks like crap. I take it nobody knows how to work, I don't know if this chick naomi is the store manager. If she is she doesn't do crap but walk around and talk to her friends. They all follow her she isnt nice to some of her coworkers. This has been going for two months. Another thing about this naomi lady she walked in one time she was swinging a bag that she bought in the middle of the walk way all most hit me. I seen her in my car laughing I will make sure others do not shop at this store until something has been done with her she is rude. She isn't very professional if she's the manager. She don't make her favorite people do work they sit in the back room I feel sorry for a girl that checks customers out, and I will and 8 others will be calling corporate. I see this every time I come in and I do some 3 times a week to get stuff for my family and I will be watching. There's others that are rude to others but they didn't have a name tag on its like between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. The morning crew is absolutely amazing there's this one worker I don't if she's a manager or what not but she is amazing in the morning. if this rude worker that i mentioned earlier is a manager I will find out when I call corporate, I know this store lost at least 20 customers cause of this lady cause nothing has been done with her.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Petco thanks to Danny. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They took the time to listen to what I needed instead of rushing me, and their knowledge really showed. Danny went above and beyond to help me find the right products for my pet and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left with the best options, not just making a sale. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I left feeling welcomed, appreciated, and confident that I had everything I needed. Danny is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience.
