  Petco had what we needed and price matched the kibble for our dogs. Decent service with assistance lost a star because I had to wait for About five minutes because no one was at the checkout solid Petco

  Love Petco and I am a regular, buying my sustainability cat litter, my two dry cat food, and variety of wet non gravy pate food for my 21 yr old cat. The cats for adoption are always a treat to meet from the window.

  This store has anything you need for most any kind of pet you have. Open late too.

  I went straight to cashier area as no one was in line and asked to speak to a manager. "Brianna" said that she was a manager. However she was cutting papers with a paper cutter and never looked up at me. I stated that I would wait until she was done. She stated she had a lot to do and continued with her cutting. REALLY poor customer service.

  My wife, who is a cancer survivor and also disabled from being 50% deaf, went into Petco on college road and was profiled immediately by the cashier.And the manager. The cashier Alanah reached into her bag and pulled our puppy out , saying she just wanted to hold it when she just wanted to see if my wife was stealing. my wife does not have to steal nothing because we have plenty of money. The manager said they have a no bag policy , but when I asked her if the sign is up there , she said it was supposed to be. My wife had over $300 in cash and credit cards in her purse.When she walked in there , so she does not have to steal from nobody. These women are disgusting , and I would not recommend anybody to go to this store or any petco. If I could , I would have given them minus five stars. If they have a no bag policy , then they should make surethe signs up where people can see it.And I guarantee you , my wife would not have bought a bag in there to get treated like a common thief. The owner should feel disgusted
