  Manager Marissa was so very helpful and so friendly to us and ours dogs!! She was busy but took the time to help us with a smile and treat us like friends...Wish more people in this world were like her!! Noah and Max at the front were very friendly and helpful and checking out went smoothly!! Thank you for that! We will be back for sure !! Great experience 👍✌️🤓

  This review is only about my experience with one groomer, not the entire salon. Unfortunately, my dog’s haircut is uneven, with some areas noticeably longer than others. I specifically requested a round teddy-bear style face like the reference photo I showed, but the result was very different. Her eyes were not properly cleaned, and her coat did not look or feel like it had been professionally washed and groomed. She even had knots left in her ponytail, making it seem like she was not thoroughly brushed. What disappointed me most was the response when I called about these concerns. The only solution offered was related to the haircut, while the other issues were not addressed. In my opinion, a fair resolution would have included a bath and proper brushing as well. I expected the same or better service than I received during my first visit, but unfortunately that was not the case.
