  Garrett calmly and confidently helped me navigate one of the scariest moments I’ve ever experienced. When Dr. Turner discovered that my Sheltie, Pepper, had a gallbladder mucocele, Garrett was the calm in the storm. He helped me navigate next steps and went so far above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I was overwhelmed, scared, and struggling to think clearly, and Garrett stepped in and exhausted every possible option to help me figure out what to do next. He took a situation that felt impossible to navigate and helped me find a way forward. I will never forget the time, effort, and genuine compassion he showed me when I needed it most. Dr. Turner’s expertise was equally reassuring. She has an excellent reputation, and my veterinary surgeon had complete confidence in her findings. Knowing Pepper’s condition had been identified by someone with that level of expertise gave me confidence as I navigated the decisions ahead. It’s easy to underestimate how much the people behind a diagnostic service can impact a pet owner’s experience. Dr. Turner and Garrett reminded me that there are people in veterinary medicine who care deeply not only about the animals they serve, but also about the people who love them. Garrett, if you ever happen to read this, thank you. You helped me when I was scared, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. You didn’t have to go to the lengths you did to help us, but you did, and it made a world of difference. Pepper and I are so grateful for you both.

  I wanted to recognize Garrett for the excellent customer service I received with his assistance for an ultrasound on my cat Brother. He was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. His level of care surpassed what was required or expected of the visit. Your kindness truly meant a lot during a stressful time. Much Love, Rachel and Brother

  Dr. Turner is the only board certified veterinary radiologist east of Raleigh NC, combining top level credentials with genuine compassion and concern for her patients. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Turner and her assistant Garrett. I love my regular vet, but any type of ultrasound or diagnostic work I will always take to Dr. Turner
