    Our cavapoo looked wonderful and was very happy with his cut. When entering, he knows just where he is going and is happy to be groomed at PetCo. Thankful for the patient and loving groomers. Nothing negative to say. We are very pleased.

    I was pretty unhappy with the results of my dog's grooming. The haircut was very uneven and was not at all the right type of cut for a Golden Retriever (a long-hair dog).

    Hopper's back nail was cut extremely too short. I am certain she must have cried out in pain. I have pictures that show this. I was not told that this had happened. I sat Hopper in my back seat and turned to look about 5 min down the road to see that my cream cloth seats in my brand new car were covered in blood. I also have pictures of this. I live close so as soon as I pulled in I rushed to look at where the blood was coming from and saw that the nail was butchered. I got blood all over my clothes and my bathtub. My fiancee helped me clean and bandage the wound, which I tried removing two hours later, but it started bleeding again. My fiancee stayed home with her today and if we remove the bandage this evening and it's still bleeding we are taking her to the vet. After an hour of cleaning, I managed to get most of the blood off my back seat and will try again this evening after work to get the rest off. I was given a refund and was told vet cost would be covered, but that doesn't quite make up for her pain, my time, and the fact that I will probably never get her to go to the vet or the groomers without trauma. I spent most of my day off work dealing with this and it doesn't seem to be over yet.
