Zariah has groomed my dog a few times and well. However, she finds ways to overcharge and not honor the so called walk in rates after 130p during the week. Character and honesty matters even when you're good and so does a nice attitude which she does not have. I wont be back. Sick of the unpleasant attitude and being overcharged. Groomers are like hair stylists, plenty out here to choose from.

The girl who came to assist us with the fish was purposely not trying to help with the fish we chose. She kept purposely giving us the wrong one out of the tank and swatting the one away that we wanted after numerous times of showing her the one we wanted and kept insisting that the wrong one was the one we asked for. To the point that we just chose one of the last ones she angrily got out the tank which is still not what we asked for. Honestly we should have just walked out and left especially once Tyler the cashier walked up and blew his breath before knowing what we needed help with and he didn’t have to even come over because he didn’t do anything except stand there and watch what the girl was doing. He served no purpose of being there when someone else was already assisting us. If he really wanted to help he should have during the 10 minutes we had to stand and wait for someone to come assist us…instead he waited and followed the girl over to us. If you don’t like assisting people then please don’t work at a place that requires you to help people when they are in your store….

Today’s experience was so good! We went in to pick out a fish for my baby. Maddy was very helpful and helping us pick out the right tank and the right fish. She answered all the questions that we had (even the ones that felt stupid😆)

I Ordered my dog food for reoccurring deliveries once a month. I set it up for delivery on the 29th of every month on the Petco App. I called the Petco store Wake Forest. No one in the store can figure out how to get me my dog food. DoorDash kept me on hold for 37 minutes with zero results. Petco has no idea what’s going and nor will they communicate with Doordash for me their customer, so now I’m in limbo I PAID for dog food I never received. Terrible service will never use Petco again. Mike
