I am dissatisfied with the level of service provided to my cat. There was an approximate two-hour waiting period before he received attention. I thinking of trying another location.
- AHAna HernandezJul 17, 20261.0If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Front desk staff is simply terrible. If you need proactiveness from your vets office and solutions, keep waiting. After 45 minutes waiting for a simple prescription food print out she still didn’t know what to do, their expectation was for me to drive 2+ hrs to the other Banfield location to get it. They couldn’t pick up the phone talk to them nothing at all, for all she cares my pet could stay sick. That being said will definitely not be transferring my pets to this location.

Just went to work. Zero customer service. Our cat was in for a check up, her first visit to a vet. We asked about feline leukemia vaccine about wen to administer etc took her 20 minutes to look it up. Any typical vet would know the answer immediately. A first time wellness check took 2 hours! The vet has no skin in the game, big time corporate feel and it was a JOB for her rather than investing in customer service and care for your pet. My first and LAST VISIT. Will go back to privately owned clinic where vets actually care about their work and want repeat business. I gave it 1 star because 0 was not available. Worst experience ever a for a " professional" veterinarian Dave Woody
- LSLauren SeagrovesJun 24, 20263.0The wait time is a little much. I was told to drop off my pup to get spayed at 745 am or earlier would be better. Got there at 715 am. I had to complain at 810am that id been waiting forever. Finally after an hour they took her back. Also had.to pay extra outside of my puppy plan I pay every month an extra $170 plus when a male pup around the same age owner only had to pay $70 extra. Thats completely outrageous.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
