  Awful just awful!! An upcharge of $104 just to be in the room with our pup when she went to sleep. The lady checking us in wasn't very decent to us and couldn't offer a proper reasoning for the dramatic upcharge. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS THE SWEET YOUNG GIRL WHO TOOK OUR PUP TO THE BACK TO GET HER READY.

  We have boarded our dog here multiple times and spent a significant amount of money with their practice, but unfortunately, our last experience left a sour taste in our mouths. When we dropped our dog off, we used a standard slip leash that happened to look very similar to the ones they use in-house—an understandable mix-up. However, when we came to pick him up, they refused to return our leash. When we inquired about it, staff claimed they asked the employee who accepted the drop-off, and that employee allegedly said no leash was brought in. Mistakes happen, but doubling down and refusing to make it right over like a two-dollar leash is disappointing. It’s hard to understand why a business would choose to alienate a regular client who spends a good amount of money on boarding over something so minor. We expected better customer service and accountability.

  I have a sick cat.and I made a appointment. Everything was set for August 4. 2 days after I made a appointment i get a call they want a 50 dollar deposit before they see the cat..I've taken animals to other Vets. Never has any vet ask for a deposit. I'm a retired Vet. Who lives on a fixed income. That's why I made my appointment on August. I get paid om the 2nd. Since they care more about money. I'll just go somewhere else.A Veterinarian hospital. I don't think so. Have your money ready!!
