  I have a sick cat.and I made a appointment. Everything was set for August 4. 2 days after I made a appointment i get a call they want a 50 dollar deposit before they see the cat..I've taken animals to other Vets. Never has any vet ask for a deposit. I'm a retired Vet. Who lives on a fixed income. That's why I made my appointment on August. I get paid om the 2nd. Since they care more about money. I'll just go somewhere else.A Veterinarian hospital. I don't think so. Have your money ready!!

  I had taken my dog to this hospital to treat a wound on his front leg. But since there was no improvement. I had to go to high point instead. Today. When I went to get flea and ticks medication; they refused to provide it. Why this hospital so spiteful?

  Very expensive, and not necessarily for quality purposes. They will certainly try to suggest the most expensive products and treatment unless you insist the alternatives. add ons like nail trims while being treated are rarely courteous or even discounted. doesn't matter how much you're spending. Also, after spending LOT of time and money over the past year on different things for the family dog, including 3 sick visits in 2 weeks followed by euthanasia, they've yet to send a sympathy card. i've never seen a vets office do that, and at the they normally do a paw print, piece of hair AND a car. But thomasville has sent nothing to my family since they put the dog down, after being loyal clients to the vets office and grooming facility. the grooming facility is why i fagabe 2 start, they are great
