  They cut my dogs toenails and two of them bleed really bad. My dog got hurt. My dog was limping for 3 days.

  Totalmente decepcionado del servicio de peluquería. Un corte malísimo, llevé hasta foto para muestra y arruinaron a mi amada mascota . No quiero saber nada de su pésimo servicio de este día. Nunca volveré a confiarles a mi pequeña . Si no pueden digan y busco otro lugar, pero no arruinen el corte de nuestras amadas mascotas 😡

  My recent experience at this Petco location was disappointing due to the customer service I received at checkout. When I got in line, there was already another customer waiting because no one was at the register. When an employee finally came to help, she had been on her cell phone. By the time it was my turn, she was no longer on her phone, but the overall interaction still felt inattentive. I asked about the Saturday puppy playgroup that Petco advertises because I was interested in bringing my puppy. Unfortunately, she told me she didn’t know anything about it. While I was still speaking and trying to ask questions, she interrupted our conversation to try to talk to what appeared to be a plumber working in the store. He completely ignored her, but she continued making comments about bothering him because she knew he was the plumber. During all of this, I was left standing there waiting, feeling like my questions and my time weren’t important. The only thing she seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic about was trying to get me to sign up for a membership because I was purchasing frozen dog food. I understand employees may be encouraged to promote memberships, but attentive customer service should come first. I enjoy shopping at Petco, which is why this experience stood out to me. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future. I simply would have appreciated having my questions answered and feeling like I had the employee’s attention while I was being helped.
