    Made an appointment to have our Yorkie her allergy shot. We were told that they could just give her her a shot because she's been having these injections for several years. Once we got there we were told we had to be seen by the vet which was like an $85 visit in addition to the injection. My husband waited in the exam room for 30 minutes and nobody ever came in. He was then told that the vet was tied up that they would just give her injection and we would not be charged for a visit. The vet then came in the room and told him that they were charging for a partial visit. She then took her to the back to give her the injection. I'm not sure what kind of partial checkup she got, but we definitely did not feel it was worth our time or the money that we spent that day. Will not be back to this location.

    Adding review again because someone deleted. Vet here was aggressive with my 3 m old GSD . He popped my puppy for chasing his tail . Called him bad and was extremely disrespectful.

    I wouldn't recommend this place they close whenever they want and open. This place is not reliable! Front desk women are rude unprofessional just wayyy too rude. I would like to have service and wanted to spend my money unfortunately front table women kicked me out. This place is horrible place.

    I'm disappointed in Vetco. First, the receptionist was extremely rude. Her tone/body language was extremely rude and negative almost as if she wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. She didn't answer my question and was unhelpful as well as unprofessional. Today, they were closed out of nowhere, even though their schedule said Mon-Sat. Are they closing whenever they feel like? They're very unreliable and I'm disappointed. I regret choosing to become a member. I wouldn't recommend this place.

    The receptionist was extremely rude. Felt as if we were being rushed being the last appt of the day and probably ready to go home! We understand her we have a pup that had to use the restroom. The nurse was nice and understanding and gentle but probably will not go back because of the receptionist. Blonde/skinny …never caught her name due to me just ready to leave
