  We had our first visit today for our cat, Bonnie, who had been staying with our daughter for three weeks while we were traveling. After we returned, we noticed that Bonnie had lost some fur on her abdomen from excessive licking, and her skin was visibly red. We brought her in for a walk-in appointment. The reception staff were able to fit us in, and we saw the vet in less than an hour. The doctors and medical assistant were very compassionate, gentle, and friendly with Bonnie. The cost was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend this clinic for both emergency and regular visits.

  I brought my kitten in this morning for routine vaccinations and had a deeply alarming experience. My kitten was raised as a bottle baby and has always been extremely calm, confident, and eager to be handled by anyone. Throughout the first 40 minutes of our visit, he remained completely calm and relaxed while being weighed , teeth checked and examined. Things quickly escalated during the procedure. The vet pinned him between her thighs on the floor to apply lidocaine for a microchip, then took him into the back room out of my sight. Immediately after, I heard him screaming like I have never heard a cat scream before. When the vet brought him back, she claimed he was "not safe to be around" and blamed it on him getting "triggered by being put on the table"—which makes no sense given his behavior up to that point. Despite declaring him unsafe, they continued to forcibly hold him down for a rabies vaccine, and I was refused permission to hold or comfort my own cat to help soothe his fear. I do not believe I was given an honest account of what happened in the back room to cause such a severe trauma response in a normally gentle kitten. The force and handling methods used here were completely unnecessary and handled poorly. I strongly advise pet parents to look elsewhere for compassionate and safe veterinary care.

  Dr Alcorn and Anjealiq had incredible patience and kindness during Tyson’s visit! I know he was super hyper and brought a ton of chaotic energy into the room, but you both handled his excitement so beautifully. Thank you for giving him such thorough care and for making us feel so welcome 🐶

  Highly recommend this Vetco location! I was looking for an appointment on short notice, and I am so glad I found Vetco. Anjealiq was wonderful and went above and beyond to care for my kitty, cannot say enough good things about her! Dr. Alcorn was knowledgeable and her kind manner made us feel at ease. As a first-time cat owner, I appreciated how Anjealiq and Dr. Alcorn were helpful and very patient throughout all my questions! Prices were very reasonable, on par with another vet I have visited, and I was given a coupon for a free first exam. They also went through all the charges with me to ensure that I understood the bill - no random add-ons or confusion. Will definitely think of them first for any future needs Mulligan and I have! Thanks so much, Vetco!

  We had a great experience with Anjealiq, who helped us with our cat, Miso. Anjealiq was attentive, helpful in explaining what vaccines were needed, and provided insightful tips for us to look into to ensure Miso is cared for the best he possibly can. It was great meeting Anjealiq, and I hope to be able to have her support for the next visit!
