  I found most of what I went in for except the canned dog fog my fur baby eats. The staff was very polite and helpful.

  After seeing what I wanted online, I stopped by the local store. The price was 25% higher than online. Not happy with that.

  This location is not stocked with the items I normally shop for very few selection, I always have to find staff if I have a question about anything.

  Arrived around 8:30 PM (store closes at 9:00 PM) specifically to purchase an aquarium plant (moss ball). I was told the aquatics section was already closed and I could not make the purchase. I understand fish sales may need to stop earlier, but there was no signage or notice indicating that aquatics closes before the store. This resulted in a wasted trip. If certain sections close early, that should be clearly communicated so customers can plan accordingly. This isn’t about staff—it’s about lack of transparency.

  I used this location and the groomer came highly praised by the staff. While the groomer was great at handling my dog who is a bit anxious; she totally ignored what i asked for which was simple. Keep his body coat low and leave his tail and face hair long just rounded out. Instead she shaved my yorkie down to look like a bald chihuahua. Never bring your pet here for grooming unless u like a bald pet.
