I came for a visit for my dogs today .the Hispanic bushy brow receptionist with a ponytail attitude was horrible , super low energy and rude she ignored questions I asked , and when I asked about my in room visit she was rude and had an attitude , saw her to the same thing to another Hispanic lady , I would stay away from this location just to avoid her down attitude . Why is my dog crying out for a physical . ( he doesn’t even cry with shots ) and she looking at my crazy .. AVIOD THIS LOCATION

- RRReiAug 4, 20261.0I haven’t been dissatisfied with the quality of service with Banfield for some time but unfortunately am locked into a contract with my dog’s wellness plan. This company is purely a money grab and operationally raggedy! Despite purchasing the plan for preventative care and regular check ups my dog has had health issues that somehow were not anticipated despite all the testing he has supposedly undergone. Banfield is the epitome of mediocre “customer service” in this era of late stage craptitalism. We get much better care at VCA.

You cant even call and ask a general question for my dog that I have spent thousands at this facility and just wanted to ask the nurse one question and as usual they didnt even get the question just wanted me to schedule an appointment to come in and pay. Where is the compassion and empathy for the dog and the owner as this is my emotional support dog.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
