Tank, my beautiful big boy and beloved family member. He is extraordinary in the eyes of his family. For everyone else that has met him not so much. His reactivity to strangers and animals has presented challenges, particularly during vet visits. I have had a vet tell me to just put him down because he was too reactive. Today that has changed, I have been inspired by the compassion and understanding of the staff at Raeford Animal Hospital. Today's appointment was amazing, as the team's empathy and expertise transformed a potentially daunting experience into a truly uplifting one. By prescribing medication to calm Tank and accommodating our needs, allowing us to enter by using the back entrance, they demonstrated a profound commitment to providing exceptional care. The doctor's kindness, patience, and dedication to understanding Tank's unique needs were exceptional. She took her time with him, and was even able to pet him. I am deeply grateful for the entire staff, and especially the doctor, who has empowered me to approach future vet visits with confidence and faith. Thank you, Raeford Animal Hospital, for being a shining example of veterinary excellence and compassion.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Didn't feel judged either which was an unexpected added bonus
One of the most friendliest and caring environments. Our dog, Turtles Marie, has been going to this office since we got her three years ago. Addtionally, I bring my 12 y/o, 25lb cat too. They treat them as if it were there own pets. Now don't we all want that? Give em a try. Your pet will thank you!
I absolutely LOVE it here!!! From the amazing receptionists, to the vet techs, Dr. Tucker and their absolute awesome groomer Alisha who is just phenomenal!!! When I brought my baby Loki here, I was cautious due to how his former vet and the staff treated me and basically blamed me for his weight gain and lack of energy. Staff were warm and welcoming, Dr. Tucker wasted no time getting Loki tested for Cushing's. He tested positive for Cushing's and luckily we also learned he is diabetic. Dr. Tucker saved Loki's life and I'm so grateful for her and her amazing staff! Had I stayed at the other place, I firmly believe Loki wouldn't be here today. Alisha is the first groomer who actually listens to what I'm saying and knows what she's doing. Receptionists are just so amazing and welcoming!!! I will never be able to say or show just how grateful I am for not making me feel like the blame, for actually listening to me, and doing everything and working with me. Raeford Vet is the place to bring your fur babies!!! Thank you ladies for everything you've done to help Loki!!!!
10/10!!! Exceptional service !
