  This vet office knows what they’re doing. My poor senior kitty is obviously declining, but they’ve given us great information about how to proceed and to help us gauge how much pain he’s in vs if we can elongate our time together with him using the least invasive and most humane methods. We started with senior cat lab work. Shortly after he started to have bad constipation, and they did non invasive low anesthesia, manual removal of some stool, along with a prescribed laxative to help him go to the bathroom ok again. Then we chose to do an ultrasound for his stomach, gallbladder and liver function to see if he has cancer or if it’s normal decline from aging organs. Now the next steps are antibiotics and two liver and gallbladder support medications for one month to see if he gains any weight back and to see if his liver and gallbladder function improves. I wish we’d noticed the signs sooner, but the last 6 months this vet has given my cat great care and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else! I use Embrace cat insurance and luckily our plan will reimburse a lot of the portion of his bills for illness. If you get Embrace while your pet is very young nothing is excluded expect for prior diagnosis, so I’m glad he’s had this insurance for most years of his life (it already helped us save his life once before when he was a kitten who ate a lot of string from a mop head hiding behind a washing machine in our new rental). Embrace is unaffiliated with this vet, but the vet has been easy and prompt in getting us the correct documents to submit claims to our personal choice of insurance. They may not be the cheapest around but they are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate! We may not have much time left with our boy, but this vet has been prompt, honest and given great care not only to our boy, but to us as a family in preparing us all for his end of life care and what to expect every visit moving forward. Thank you for all you do for pet owners and their babies! Truly impressed.

  $300 for a vet check. I told the receptionist that I get his prescription through an online pharmacy and she said no problem. A day later, the pharmacy called them to get his flea medication filled, and they stated that they no longer do any fax, email or global approval.

  I took my cat here for the first time and I had a great experience. Dr Alexander and her assistant were so kind and helpful. My cat is very shy but they were patient and attentive.

  We absolutely adore this office. From the front desk to our vet, Dr. Paterno (Dr. Po), everyone is friendly and very sweet. Our dog is very friendly, but a little nervous about anyone touching her ears. Dr. Po even sat on the ground with her to pet her and make her feel comfortable prior to getting her ears touched. She also answers any and all questions with care and took the time to demonstrate how to administer the medication we got today. It is obvious everyone here loves what they do, and it truly shows with the care towards their patients. We are very lucky to have found this office!

  I have taken my pets here for years. There was a problem last December that I was not told about when my dog was brought out to me in waiting room. My 12 year old dog. Was traumatized by someone behind closed doors and it has affected her ability to get check ups and vaccinations. Every time she gets anywhere near the parking lot she starts shaking. When I try to take her by the building she starts ceasing . Only place and only time. This sucks that you put your trust in a place to help your fur babies and this happens. I will never take another animal there . I am heartbroken and upset 😡 they have no record because they never documented the issue. They could have been honest with me but chose to hide the fact something happened behind closed doors and I was rushed out of the office!
