  Dr. Floreani and his staff provided 5 star service as they helped my little Max pass peacefully in my arms. Dr Floreani exhibited empathy, extreme kindness and compassion. I am forever grateful.

  I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital after bringing my pets here for almost 20 years. They are friendly, professional, and definitely take good care of your pets from puppies to elderly dogs!

  on February 12, 2026 I called banfiled to cancel the subscription reason why is because I made and appointment at the moorsville NC location because is closer to were I curently live. When I got to the appointment in order for them to see my dog is to drop my dog off let me remind you the location is 30-40 minutes from were I live. There is no way am leaving my dog that is like leaving your child with the pediatric doctor and pick him up later that is a NO right is the same this is my kid and that is not going to happen plus that is the only option they have online that is the response they provided. I called banfiled directly and explain the situation and they did do anything what they did was call the location I went to and the manager of the location told me the same thing in order for them to see the doctor in person I have to make a phone appointment by phone 7-15 days before the appointment and that if they have one available, back on Charlotte office they don't work like this they care about the dogs they provide great customer service but not in this location and on top off that until today they are refusing to cancel my subscription. I have filed a non- authorization with the credit card that I have on file with them but they are still charging my credit card. This is a bad business to take care of your dog please if you could stay away from this subscription that they have it will be great for you and your pet.

  I called the day before and explained to them that my dog ears were bothering her. I was told to drop her off between 7:30-9:00. My husband dropped her off at around 8am. I did get a call around noon and they gave me an update on our dog’s condition. I called them around 3:30 to see if I could pick her up. They said I could. I think that was a rather long day, and I feel like it would have been longer if I hadn’t called
