  My experience with Baird's has been great! I had called several places to try to have our family cat Ceasar disposed of properly and with dignity. We couldn't bury him because we are renters and we couldn't see ourselves leaving him on the side of the road or in the woods somewhere and at rhe time finances wasn't allowing for cremation. However, I came across Baird's and they held Ceasar for us to allow us to pay for his cremation. All the staff was so helpful and kind and compassionate and the atmosphere is great here. One staff in particular that handled most of the details stuck out to me Ambrosia, she was so understanding, very helpful and allowed me a moment to grieve while leaving Ceasar there. When calling with questions no one seemed irritated or rushed. This has been a hard transition for our family,nice to have people who care as we try to navigate through the loss of our Fur Baby.

  Great receptionist, nurses and vets there. Took really good care of my german shepherd when he came down with parvo. He is a big healthy boy now. Gives all different options for care and medicine. Bravecto worked wonders for the fleas and will be returning soon for his next 12 week dose.
