They have it there walked in got the food got to the register and they said they weren’t allowed to sell it because the vet leaves at six. Meantime I had a prescription and they didn’t even care Don’t say you’re there to help people in the community if you’re not especially when it comes to animals

I had several questions about my pet’s wellness plan, and Jacob was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. The other associates at this location have also always been so nice, friendly, and welcoming.

At Lulu’s most recent wellness exam, she was diagnosed with diabetes. As someone who had never cared for a diabetic pet before, I was overwhelmed and scared. The entire team immediately put me at ease. They patiently taught me how to give Lulu her insulin injections, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and gave me the confidence to care for her at home. Just two days later, I went back to pick up more prescription food, and before I could even say anything, I was greeted with, “Hey, Lulu’s mom! What can we do for you?” That simple moment meant so much. They don’t just see appointments—they truly know and care about their patients and their families. Lulu is more than a pet—she’s family—and knowing she’s surrounded by a team that treats her with the same love and compassion gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Banfield for taking such wonderful care of my girl. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
