One the lady who check you in needs to be more friendly and personal to the first time people for Petco, when told had a coupon she advised that she have to look at it because they don’t have any promotions, I advised it came directly from Petco. I waited over 2 hours for my dog, Patches and they did NOT tell me anything about her, me being disabled I struggle putting her harness on her with my hands and also because my Patches was so excited to see me. They refused to help or offer assistance and made sigh sounds like I was taking too long. (Same impersonal lady who check me in that acts like she doesn’t like her job). Was not please— will not be returning back to this location. Danielle did a great job but my poor Patches was tuckered out by the time we got to the vehicle and didn’t want to eat or drink.

I just needed my dogs nails done and the women from the moment we walked in just seemed like we were a nuisance and bothering her. I have a pug, they are notoriously known for being little psychos getting their nails done but hes always done great. She seemed rough and annoyed with him, ( he wasnt being crazy at all, I could see them). She told me to take him back wherever we were going, it just really bothered me. We wont go back, atleast for grooming.

- GGGregMay 29, 20262.0My girlfriend and I took our 7 month old puppy here to get his nails trimmed, and this makes the 3rd time at around 415 pm today. The 1st and 2nd time, everything was great! Great customer service, etc. However this time there were two women doing the service. One older and one younger. In my opinion, it's bad customer service for the younger one to say that she recommends more training all because our puppy is anxious by nature. He is an Aussie/Doxie mix. They didn't even do the dremmel, only trimmed his nails. They look great, but the young lady doesn't need to be unprofessional by her saying the things she did. (We've never had ANYONE to say anything negative about him) So that being said, we'll take our business elsewhere!
