  Store is clean and well organized. The employees are all really nice. I didn’t buy anything as they didn’t have the litter box I was shopping for but I still enjoyed my visit.

  Love this Petco location, been coming here for years! Today we had a cashier, Erica, on her phone scrolling the entire time she was checking us out. Didn't look up at us once. Even had to wait extra time because she was looking at her phone and wasn't paying attention to the register. As a fellow retail worker, this is insanely disrespectful. How hard is it to stop scrolling on your phone for 2 minutes to check someone out? Very disappointed as we have always loved this location but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Employees need to do better.

  I came in expecting my pet to be the dramatic one, but somehow I think I was the patient. 😂 From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and somehow managed to reassure both of us. A special shout-out to the vet assistant, Abbey, who deserves an Olympic medal for handling nervous pet parents, answering my 87 questions, and making the whole visit feel way less stressful. My pet left with treats, I left with peace of mind, and neither of us got kicked out for being dramatic. If your furry friend needs great care (or if you need emotional support while they get great care), this is the place to go. 10/10 would let them bribe my pet with treats again.

  I wanted to give Petco a try for grooming since our regular groomer is backed up on appointments. Tried to call three times to the store and no one answered the phone. Made appointments for my two dogs online. Got a call shortly after telling me I have to upgrade my salon package for an additional $50+ for my two dogs since they shed. Ok, almost all dogs shed but I wanted to get them groomed so I went ahead with it. Got there for the appointment and was greeted (more like a cold, delayed approach) by Danielle who was not friendly and didn't bother with a traditional greeting other than "Did you have an appointment?" My smaller dog was scared to go back so since she would not willingly walk back there they refused to groom her. If you have a dog that is scared to be left at a new place without their owner, then know you cannot use Petco. It's their policy. So save your time and frustration. I was going to be spending over $250 to groom them but will be doing it elsewhere.

  I did an online /pickup order which usually a bit cheaper to do than going and shop. Come to find out the treats were expired. (Feb 24) when I went into the store to exchange they expected me to pay the difference, since buying online is cheaper than in the store. I was not going to pay the difference at all. That’s their doing by leaving expired things on the self. Manager says, “ I will do it this time since the treats are expired.” Crazy. Cause if I refused to pay they had it for me to pay the difference. Buyer beware.
