- HGHailey GriffinOct 14, 20262.0I cannot express this enough, don’t bring your pet to any Banfield Hospital. They constantly never have Flea and Tick medication for my dog, and then refused to get me the script so I could get it from chewy or somewhere else. Making an appointment is impossible, as when you call you immediately get put on hold and each time I have called this month to get one made I’m on hold for so long the call ends and I can never get an appointment where I go with him, it’s constantly drop off only and I’m sorry but I have questions and want to know what you’re doing and seeing. Horrible experiences all around for me.
- WCWalter ClarkSep 17, 20261.0They kept my dog crated for 5 hrs without being examined and didn't offer water during the 5 hrs in the kennel they only thought to see her after I called frustrated informing them that I was on my way to pick her up because it was apparently clear that she wasn't going to be seen anytime soon.
- RARaymond AtkinsonAug 12, 20265.0We took are dog Shadow for his first appointment there and he was treated like he was special and they took good care of him in giving him his shot and tests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back

- AHA HermJul 13, 20265.011 years of wonderful care for my local fur baby, and still going! We had a great visit today 7/13/26. We received a lot of education, care, meds and help for my boy to keep him healthy and pain free. Thank you staff! Love Angel & Gunner est.2014

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
