  I have been taking my animals here for 6 years. The last two visits were extremely disappointing. My kittens shot records were provided and my kitten was given a rabies shot that she already had been given and I was charged for a fecal test she already had, she wasn’t given her second kitten shot that was needed, asked for revolution and wasn’t given a prescription. I was told by the vet to bring her back and they wouldn’t charge an exam fee and would give her the second dose of her kitten shot and I would be given a credit on my account for the rabies shot and fecal test she didn’t need. I made an appointment again for my cats, I arrived 10 minutes late due to lunchtime traffic and was told they couldn’t see both animals, the exam fee wouldn’t be no charge and their was no record of the credits on my account. It’s highly disappointing since I have done business with them for years and my kitten was given a shot she didn’t need and not given the shot she did need when records were provided.

  The vet department changed my dogs appointment without informing me, on top of triple booking other appointments. Proceeded to tell me I had to come back because I was late even though I wasn’t and was dismissive of my issues. Please don’t go here if you want good service.

  Brought my dog in that had all vaccines done there for his life (2 1/2yrs). Did not see a Vet. A Vet tech came in and expressed his anal glands. No physical or anything else.5 minutes total. I was charged $102. No explanation of cost beforehand....just shocked at checkout. They don't mind sticking it to Seniors on Social Security...I will find a private vet.

  I can’t recommend Vetco enough. My experience was a total 10/10. I originally took my dog to a much more expensive clinic, but they turned him down for a routine exam and rabies shot just because of his size and appearance!!! They insisted on fully sedating him, which was totally unnecessary. The staff at Vetco were completely different. The front desk was very welcoming, and the veterinary team took him to the back and handled him great. They got his shot done immediately, absolutely no sedation needed!!! They were amazing with my big guy. Vetco officially has a customer for life, and I'll be bringing him here for all his future care!
