I can’t recommend Vetco enough. My experience was a total 10/10. I originally took my dog to a much more expensive clinic, but they turned him down for a routine exam and rabies shot just because of his size and appearance!!! They insisted on fully sedating him, which was totally unnecessary. The staff at Vetco were completely different. The front desk was very welcoming, and the veterinary team took him to the back and handled him great. They got his shot done immediately, absolutely no sedation needed!!! They were amazing with my big guy. Vetco officially has a customer for life, and I'll be bringing him here for all his future care!

Do not bring your pets in for shots at the clinic. They do the shots in the hospital. Should have been a fast in and out. We were only there to get shots but ended up waiting for over 30 mins. First the vet came by our room and said she lost track of time talking to someone. So we thought she would come in and help us. Next we were told the vet was with another patient and would be with us shortly. After waiting another 10 mins I asked the front desk lady how much longer it would be. She then informed me that the vet was in a meeting and not actually with a patient. Do not waste your time with this vetco. They are completely unprofessional.

Absolutely not again! You get what you pay for is true! I took my 4 month GSP for an evaluation for a skin bump. First, it's strange they took my pup to the back to evaluate instead of examine him in the exam room. Dr. Cox came in hot- fussing at me, accusing me of neglect. She sarcastically questioned if I feed my dog. I'm having a second eval for a skin bump obviously he is fed. She said my reason for visit wasn't important because he is severely malnourished and belittled me by saying let me down so you will understand what I'm saying. I asked what his weight should be- valid question. She called me combative for asking that question and said she would provide me with some literature. She said it didn't matter because it's on a scale 1-9. I tried to explain what food I use and what portions I give in hopes for some advice if needed but was met with a raised voice and condescending attacks. The room was tense and I was so uncomfortable. She has no knowledge of a deep chested athletic hunting breed such as my dog. IF he were in trouble and needing help this is the absolute LAST place I would want "caring" for my dog. No profession should ever speak to another person this way.

Recently started caring for a stray kitten and brought him here for an exam. They were so helpful and understanding. I can’t say enough great things about the experience I had here today. Everyone here was amazing and provided the best care for our sweet kitten. Highly recommend.
