  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Petco, especially because this is where I found my little Kimchi-Miso! 🐾❤️ The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop around in. I also felt that the prices were reasonable, and there was a good selection of pet supplies. The staff made the experience pleasant, and of course bringing Kimchi-Miso home made the visit extra special for me. 🥰 I would definitely recommend this Petco to anyone looking for pet supplies or possibly a new little family member. Clean store, reasonable prices, and an overall great experience. 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Laurie did an amazing job grooming my puppy Lady Belle. She was very loving and will definitely be rebooking with her when I’m back in NC

  I have a dog who is a picky eater and two cats on Rx diets. So to say the least, buying food and treats isn't always easy. This location always has what I need. I also want to call out the store management. The managers at this location are great. They take the time to ensure their customers are satisfied. I had an issue with the vetco clinic, which isn't under their management. However, they went out of their way to help.

  This store loses a ton of sales in the fish department. On my trip , I was helped and I bought out all of one plant. The second trip a week later, the plants were not restocked and the fish department was in the same condition.Not very well kept up. It looks like they rearranged all the fish that didn't sell and added fish. On the second and third trip again, a week later?, they did not restock plants or have any catfish.I think they had one type of catfish, and there's like 3 or 4 of them.no nerite snails. Second, and third time hung out in the fish department for an extended period of time and no one was helping out.There was one person in the back stocking.One person running the front to help me out the last time and I guess the management is dealing with cats and dogs grooming. How is actually greeted upon leaving nobody says Hey , does there anything I can help you with find everything you're looking for. Your story is set up better than petsmart and you have more stuff you don't have the staff. It's easier to order online and get delivered the next day.And usually get extra fish or two , especially if you're spending a lot of money. I really saw no reason for someone to go around and check off people in the store like this other person who was absolutely followed in the store.I can't get that sort of attention.

  Me and my boyfriend frequent this Petco to get our fish tank supplies (and many fish!!!). Titus is always extremely helpful and honestly a joy to talk to when shopping! Dawn at the front is always very helpful checking us out as well! We really appreciate the helpful employees of the store and getting to have a great experience any time we need anything. And again, want to shout out Titus as he is always there with a smile (and a laugh) and will remember your name when you come in to shop, which shows how much he cares about his customers and keeps us coming back to this Petco every time!
