- LLLizbethOct 3, 20265.0Went and found the harness I had looked up online, when checking out I was telling the woman about how my pup had chewed the last one I got and she gave me her name and number for puppy training classes. So appreciated!!! But the harness I got didn't fit and went back the next day to exchange it, super easy experience and was back out the door quickly!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to go for pet needs and really good prices!! We would love to have one back in Mooresville or Statesville. Both of those closed and it's my son's favorite store for his pet needs. (He also wants to get a snake soon and would love to be able to go to Petco for all his supplies but isn't comfortable enough driving on the interstate yet)

Titus the store manager is always friendly and ready to help with anything we need. All the staff is friendly.
