From the moment we walked in, they treated us with kindness, compassion, and patience, taking the time to thoroughly explain Gracie’s condition, answer every question, and help us thoughtfully consider the best treatment options. Although we didn’t receive the news we were hoping for, we left feeling genuinely cared for. They were also incredibly transparent about costs and worked with us to find financially manageable options, which meant so much during such an emotional time. They even stayed after hours with us, and we never once felt rushed or like we were just another appointment. The care they gave Gracie and our family during one of the hardest days of our lives is something we will never forget. We are deeply grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and the way they walked alongside us through such a heartbreaking experience. Thank you, Olivia and Dr. Doenges, for caring for Gracie with so much love and dignity.
