The online booking portal even offered flea shampoo, so I selected it and drove to the store this morning. Upon arrival, I was told they cannot accept dogs with fleas. If that’s the policy, why is flea shampoo offered as a selectable service during online booking? We would have chosen another groomer if this had been clearly stated beforehand. Please update your website and booking system to accurately reflect your services and restrictions so customers don’t waste their time.
