The medical team provided outstanding, compassionate care and explained the treatment plan with absolute clarity. The staff showed genuine empathy throughout our visit, and the seamless, welcoming experience makes this clinic highly recommendable for anyone seeking excellent care for their pets.

I’ve never even left a google review before but this is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment through their app (which they encourage the use of) as an in room appointment because my dog only needed a heartworm test and a refill on her meds which I didn’t feel like dropping her off all day to be kenneled for, only to find out the day before her appointment that it had been changed to a drop off without my consent. At this point I have to keep the appointment because she’s due for her heartworm meds but it seems ridiculous to make me drop her off all day for three drops of blood they could have drawn in 5 seconds. We also weren’t notified when she was there last that she was due for her heartworm test so this is also causing us financial burden as now we have to pay for yet another office visit for really no reason. They also failed to inform us that she was due for her Lepto and Lyme vaccines so now those are overdue as well. While I understand that it’s my responsibility as a pet owner to check those things, I also feel that this is the responsibility of the clinic because she was literally there already receiving services when those things were due. Instead they were so worried about her scheduling a dental cleaning which the vet has told us would be nice but not necessary at this time for her. We walked into our appointment today and sat for over 20 minutes in a dirty room that had not been cleaned from prior pet use before being helped by an assistant. There were huge clumps of hair all over the floor and the pet examination table was dirty as well. There was no apology about the change in her appointment. I told them I wanted to pick up my pet as soon as possible because this is kind of unacceptable at this point and all they could say was well the vet as surgery in the morning. Okay, great. Then why does your app off in room appointments during that time? It doesn’t make any sense. And then they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to put my dog on a wellness plan. Why would I want to continue receiving services here? At this point I’m only here out of necessity because she’s due for her heartworm prevention and I refuse to let her go without it as there’s no reason I should have to put my dog at risk when I didn’t do anything wrong here. The ONLY saving grace of this clinic is her vet, Dr. Evans.

I joined the senior plus wellness plan for my chihuahua. They have many different plans available, and so far it is worth the monthly fee. I was very happy with the vet exams, and the vet techs are very informative.

I can’t begin to thank the staff here enough for helping us with our pup Crowley. They did amazing work with him, and the wellness plan has absolutely been a boon. I wish I’d had time to properly thank them when I picked him up from his appointment this week, but he was dragging me to the door as hard as he could. They were kind, informative, and very attentive to his needs, and more than that, they helped us with a bad situation where I’d fallen severely behind in his grooming after I was diagnosed with Lupus and had several procedures that limited my mobility. We’re sticking with Banfield from here out. Again, I can’t thank you all enough.

They cleaned my older dog’s teeth, and were great with her. They even saved me money by writing me a prescription for antibiotics for her, so I could fill it myself. Their price for everything was pretty good considering everything that was included. My girl weighed 64lbs, and I have a larger boy that is 75lbs or more, and the price would still be the same for him. Unless there is someone that’s less expensive than $523 for cleaning large dog’s teeth, then I’ll continue to use Banfield.
