  Our cashier on two separate visits was Rowan, who desperately needs training in customer service, animal care, cashiering, and every other aspect of this job. I understand that jobs can be stressful and demanding , customers can be rude and put a damper on someone’s mood, but to go out of your way to make your customers feel unwelcome in the store and uncomfortable to ask for assistance is unacceptable. The fish tanks are disgusting, I’m not sure if staff haven’t been trained on how to properly care for them or if they just genuinely don’t care, either way the conditions they’re in are egregious. At this point, for the safety of the animals, someone needs to inspect this store to ensure they’re meeting proper care guidelines and staff need to be trained or replaced. I would be horrified and humiliated for anyone to see the state of the animals suffering in the store or to encounter these two employees.

  The condition the snakes were in was absolutely horrible. Multiple snakes with stuck shed with humidity levels at 40%. This is easily classified as animal cruelty and neglect. If proper husbandry conditions cannot be maintained then these animals should not be allowed to be sold at this establishment.
