  i've been coming here for years and I've always had a really great experience. Everybody is super nice and super helpful but I went in and I've never seen this lady before but she had shorter brown hair and I asked her if they had something in stock and she basically told me that they didn't and they've been having a hard time getting it in stock which is completely okay, but if that's what I needed help with then she can't help me because she's been there since 8 AM this morning and then laughed and walked away. I was honestly just genuinely really confused why she felt the need to catch an attitude because I was just asking a simple question I wasn't asking her to get it for me. I was just asking if something was in stock but everyone else in there is super nice. I just had a terrible experience with this one particular person. I didn't really appreciate the way that she handled the situation at all. I understand people have rough days, but it's no excuse to act like that towards a customer

  Caroline at Petco did an incredible transformation of Hudson, my mini-schnauzer, yesterday. He has always been fearful of grooming but Caroline worked magic with him. She said he was a good boy too!

  Staff was super duper helpful and knowledgeable on snakes and was able to aid my wife and I with adopting a beautiful ball python. Will be using this store again when I adopt my next snake.

  Great products, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff members. Store always smells fresh and clean!! Love the selection of fish!!
