  Lots of fish. Sales lady was very helpful in helping us pick out a new fish. Salesman was knowledgeable about tank care.

  Literally no trouble, no problem getting help finding what I needed, and a quck process! The employee who helped me was fantastic and I will definitely be shopping here again

  Mallory did a fantastic job grooming my dog, Lucy. My dog is often anxious going to grooming appointments, but she seemed so comfortable here. She was super soft and smelled great when I picked her up. Highly recommend. 💖

  Unfortunately I decided to try the Wholehearted can cat food since I only get grain free. Of course I also got her favorite Nulo. She turned her nose up at both cans of wholehearted so I am stuck with the rest in case anyone is thinking of trying it. Only get one

  Writing this before even leaving the parking lot. I buy a lot from this store especially since I purchase fresh food for my dogs. The cashier acts like she can never be bothered to do anything but be on her phone. I asked about a Lego set that I just saw THE DAY BEFORE on the floor underneath a bunch of products and she couldn’t be bothered to find it. Supposedly they are a high theft item? But you had them on the floor surrounded by clearance for two days? Your loss, you missed out on $60+ for your laziness. Most likely I’ll take my business to Kernersville from now on. I live in Browns Summit so I was already going out of my way anyway. You also cancel items that you clearly have in store. Drove all the way from Browns summit to find items I ordered online cancelled right there on the shelf. You had them when I ordered them just too lazy to find them. Clearly my business is not wanted.
