  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ANY PETCO OR PETCO ONLINE! THEY STEAL YOUR $ SAY YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Meanwhile they still have my money and when you call customer services they don't care. They said we don't see any order to refund or any decline either! Liars! They said call your bank it's their problem not ours. Wow Petco. No wonder I barely used to shop here. I'll NEVER in my entire life support this company again. I'm surprised they haven't been sued. Apparently the customer service claims there are no supervisors to talk to and there is no corporate to call. You take what they say and that's it. Of course they barely speak really English to barely know what is going on anyway. So sad.

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had with Petco. I was waiting for someone to come up to assist and no one approached. So I went to go look for an employee and I could not see a soul, in fact there were other customers asking if I worked there. Finally I asked someone myself, but it was a girl who was wearing a Zelda shirt but had no name tag or anything to identify she was an employee. She said she will have someone come over to help, I waited another 10 minutes and I decided to leave. I get that it was restocking day, however when you are losing customers due to lack of professional presence on the floor it is not a good look.
