Needed to transfer my cat for emergency surgery from their location to Charlotte and have been waiting for an hour and a half to even see her... I asked the ladies up front if everything was okay and they gave me an attitude and dismissed my question without answering it and then said that I was being aggressive even though I asked the question in passing as I was going outside to prep our car.... Absolutely insane, vets might be fine, I haven't gotten to talk to one, but if you care about customer service, go somewhere else

I made an appointment for my new 14 week old puppy. Within a few hours they called without any information to advise me that she would have to have all of her vaccinations again! I sent them a copy to review because the breeder of 20 years who is a vet tech and did her vaccinations told me no way should a puppy be vaccinated again which is what I thought too! After speaking to Diana and another lady and them telling me it was because the vaccinations could have been left out at the wrong temperature and they could not be as effective and they would rather be safe. I really felt like at this point it had nothing to do with safety for my puppy and it was all money. If they would double vaccinate my little puppy I had to wonder what else they might do. I immediately called and cancelled the appointment. I’m usually not one to write reviews but I’m one of those pet parents and I want you to beware!

This vet has gone so far downhill over the last few years. I had been taking my cat to them for almost 14 years and was still driving 30+ minutes just to keep him at the place he had always been seen. We were on the way to his yearly appt a month or so ago, I got stuck in awful traffic that I could not avoid. I promptly texted the number I'd been communicating with about details of the appt to let them know I was coming but was running late. When I got there, it took me 1-2 minutes to get him out and walk in the door. The receptionist also took a solid minute before she acknowledged me and when I told her that we were there for his appt she looked at the clock and informed me that they have a 10 min policy for appts and that I was 11 minutes late. I told her he desperately needed his pills because he's been on them his whole life. I also let her know I had a family member dying and a 4 month old baby at home. The only offer I was given even after sharing all of this was to wait an hour for another appt time or reschedule for a different day. I did not know of the 10 minute policy and had I been aware I would have rushed in and would've certainly been there ahead of the 10 minute cutoff. I understand as good as anyone having a policy, but the way I was treated was horrible. I have always been made to do bloodwork for them to refill his medicine, racking up a bill of 300-400 dollars. I went to a different vet the next week who did his exams and got him caught up on everything, and prescribed the pills he needed for less than 100. So beware, if life happens you will get NO understanding from them. The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude, and I sure hope she is never treated with the lack of sympathy she showed me. The vet tech Kristin is and always has been fantastic, but she's the only positive light that still exists there. Take your money elsewhere.

Made first appointment for my rescue dog. Filled out the paperwork online. I clearly stated I have no known vet history for this dog. Today I receive a voicemail saying that I need to return a courtesy call and if I could give them any information about the previous vet so that they can obtain information. Also if I didn't return the call to discuss then perhaps my appointment could be given away to another animal. You are correct you can take your appointment and give it to somebody else. That's not how you start a new relationship. RUDE & a waste of time.
