Does your doggo or cat need preventive petcare that won’t take you out of the way of your daily routine? Banfield Pet Hospital in North Greensboro has you covered. Located on Highwoods Boulevard, our veterinary team loves to care for dogs and cats of all shapes, ages, and sizes. You’ll find our clinic conveniently located in Jefferson Village Shopping Center, so you can shop and knock out some errands while we care for your pet.
Dr Callahan, and the staff member, Bailey, Nayla, and Ashley (just to name a few), have the most caring spirits.
Dr Callahan really gives extensive attention (in fast motion), and is always willing to “make it better” if she can. My. Granddog thinks Bailey is all his “his mistress” as Dr Callahan has joked.
Love the vibes and care here.

Everyone was nice and super friendly to me and my fur baby. The prices were low/reasonable plus they were explained to me upfront before anything was done. I brought my dog in for frequent scratching and a tummy ache. They helped her and after her appointment she was spry and clearly felt better. Thank you guys!!

My partner and I brought our kitten Edalyn here after she started acting weird and hadn’t pooped. We overtly told them on the phone when calling that she was constipated and we were worried about her lack of pooping.
They did get us in almost immediately which I immensely appreciated at the time, and thought was a sign of good things to come. However I was completely disregarded by the vet and told that I ‘didn’t know what was talking about’, and that her stomach was feeling the way it did because of worms (she had already gone through two rounds of deworming and was confirmed as not having worms anymore). They sent us home with fluids after giving her some in office, refusing to do an enema or even an x-ray / scan to ensure that there were no blockages or buildups.
Unfortunately, while for a short time seeming better, over the course of the evening and early next morning, Edalyn got significantly worse as we tried to get her in anywhere else. She passed away in our arms in the early morning.
This vet killed our cat, and I firmly firmly believe that if I had taken her somewhere else, she would still be alive with our family today. Please please please do not take the risk with your own…

We recently moved and have needed to get our dog to a new Banfield. We loved the team in Burlington but I must say that the team at the New Garden location were so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly that we are feeling right at home and even our doggo came home relatively relaxed (he always gets anxious with the vet) and that itself is worth it. Thank you to the team!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
