I did have a little wait even though I had an appointment. I felt a little bad for the guy doing reception & checking people out because he was by himself, someone had called in. I really liked the vet and vet tech.

The front of office and staff were nice and pleasant to work with. The first visit I didn't really care for the Dr. I can't even remember her name. My boyfriend and I felt judged for not getting out cat fixed that day and a few other decisions we made. We didn't want to take her back here but we already started the treatment plan. So for our second visit we dropped out Cat off at 9am and they told us they would call when she was ready. We didn't get a call text or email till around 4:30 or 4:45pm when they told us that we had to come get her within the next 30 minutes of them closing or it would be an extra fee. Which makes no sense. I personally wouldn't bring my pet back here. maybe they were having a bad day.... both days but I dont want to experience any of that again. I think you could get better service somewhere else. They try and sell you the whole time on the payment plan, you're going to spend the money anyway might as well be at a place that cares!

Just want to tell everybody, thanks. I came here because my regular vet doesn't do health certificate. Me and my dog are moving to Hawaii. They have some strict laws on pets. I called up, hoping that they would do it. And there were so willingly to do. Everyone is freindly and polite. If I wasn't moving, I think I'll be coming here for my Vet.

Misdiagnosed our beloved dog multiple times in a short period of time. I think the disappointment is, there was no testing, just guessing...and guessing wrong.

I tend to bring my dog here because it's close to my house, but after the visit I had, I will not be bringing my dog back here. My dog saw a "Dr". Kelly Loewen, who tried to say my dog's active muscle spasms were just anxiety. I can only take to mean she didn't do a thorough exam and made her sit in the kennel and wait all day and then at the end of the day do quick once over and call it anxiety, being that my dog gets nervous at the doctor. I was unhappy when she told me it was just anixety because I KNOW MY DOG, why would she be "dealing with anxiety" when we're at home relaxing?? I even asked if she would be able to provide a muscle relaxer, she thought it unnecessary, saying it could lead to incontinence, which really ticked me off. I wanted something short term to help her muscles catch a break. After a couple of days with more continuous muscle spasms from my dog, I decided to get a second opinion at a different banfield and I'm glad I did, that doctor listened to me, did a thorough exam, and gave me a diagnosis with meds to help my dog.
