- ABAbygail BlevinsMay 13, 20261.0My husband brought in our dog last week to get his monthly flea, tick and heart worm preventative. At the appointment they failed to weigh him or do an exam, instead they just handed my husband the medicine and filled out the paperwork based off what he was at last month. Last month my dog weighed 45 pounds this month he weighed 41 putting him at a different weight class for the medication dosage. I knew my dog was skinnier and assumed they would’ve weighed him but they didn’t. So I brought him back in today and told them the situation they told me they don’t usually do returns then started weighing random stuff on the scale to see if it was wrong. They ended up giving me the correct dosage (not willingly) but if I didn’t know and gave him the higher dose he could’ve had fatal side effects. I’m sure many people are unaware of the side effects just like my husband and could potentially give their dogs the wrong dosage. They need to do their jobs correctly so they can keep everyone’s pets healthy.

Once at the clinic, they told me they do not do the 4-in-1 and refused to change the 3-in-1 plus the leukemia separate into the 4-in-1 which cost about $25 extra. It's already expensive for vaccinations and I did not appreciate the refusal to choose the cheaper option that I already knew existed without a proper explanation as to why besides simply repeating "we don't do 4-in-1 shots." Otherwise, the experience was fairly quick and easy but they do not provide any advice about anything going on with your cat. They simply recommend you go to an actual vet. It's just meant for getting quick vaccines so please be aware of that when you go in. If you need vet advice, you may want to schedule with a vet instead.

Drove 30 mins to get there and they just didn’t care in fact the lady was laughing as she told us. I guess she was ready to go on break and was coming up with any reason not to take my dog in for a quick rabies vaccine. Also was the same thing the other day. These people care more about going on break than the actual customers
