  I’ve been coming to PETCO for years where I have the membership with them. Since coming to this new location on freedom prkwy it’s always something with the groomer Natalia. She really need a new hobby if she’s not up to do her job. It’s always something excuse either way her. When another staff member can do the same work within 15mins. Stop making excuses for everything and do your freaking job!!!!!!! And no neither are my pet are aggressive or anything. Extra friendly yes, but my little 10lbs pups should not have you looking at the ceiling like it’s too much for you to handle. And another thing if the freaking services is available to be booked online there’s no way in hell you going to make me believe just the one specific location is not doing services when it’s nothing but a certain shampoo being used for that service!!!

  Do not come here for frozen rats. The cooler was broken and they had all the rats mixed and stuffed in the fish food cooler. They didn't have much of a selection within that mess and apparently didn't have anything in the back which is usually bullshit as is.

  Ive always order from the app for curbside pick up and every time they always ignore the notifications or when I call someone said to pull up to the front and just never came out. I’ve had to walk in every time and sometimes I have my baby and cannot leave her unattended since I’m always getting a big bag of food.

  We had the best experience here yesterday. My pup and I went in to purchase dog food and I walked right past the carts to the back (not thinking about how I would carry said dog food). Wade asked me if I needed help finding anything and he took me to the appropriate aisle, he then even carried the bag of dog food to the register for me. He was so kind and really helped me out!
