  Carry the food I wanted for my cat. Absolutely great price as well. Friendly staff, offered help as well. Clean store and very well stocked, organized also clean.

  Jason is the best!! Jason has helped us a few times now. I want to leave a review saying what I appreciate. Even if he is in the middle of something, he turns his full attention to you and helps you without making you feel like you interrupted or are a problem. That is so relieving and refreshing! He does not mind tedious questions. He fully engages when you are talking. He lets you know what he knows and what he doesn't know. The honesty is refreshing. I am always happy when he shares what he knows though because I think he knows quite a bit! He asked questions I don't think many others would have. It led me to learning about new products I had never known before. He was able to share personal experiences as well as customer feedback. At the end I was talking about cost. He asked if I had enrolled in your program. I told him I had before but did not plan to again because I read that the new program was confusing and people didn't like it so I didn't plan to sign up for it. He's so perfectly relayed that he had seen the confusion I was talking about it took time to really help me understand what the new plan was and where the points of confusions were. I told him thank you and that I had brushed it off after reading people's online comments because I was just too tired to figure it out and he was super patient and even reiterated the confusing parts! It amazes me that he shows up as presently as he does! I very much appreciate that he hears the details of what I'm asking about and doesn't just answer with a broad brush stroke. I rarely run into that level of detail and clarity! I noticed that he saw a couple of things out of place while we were looking for something and he fixed them without taking up any extra time. I just think he really has to be one of your very best employees! I do like other employees there and there have been ones that have been super helpful but boy..... He really epitomizes what people want customer service to feel like from the customer point of view and I just really hope he is recognized for that. I'm happy we got to run into him today and I can ask if tedious cat questions! Plus getting so much information for my dogs as well!
