Awful customer service/front desk service. Had a 2:00 appt-she said, "no you don't because the dr is on lunch". Do I wait? "I don't know what to tell you-corporate knows the on-line scheduling is messed up"

The worst Banfield I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to wait an hour to be seen, an hour to check out, and 2 minutes for the vet to actually see your pet, and that’s on a good day when their system is up and working :). The wellness plan is a SCAM, and don’t worry if you start it you can always cancel and still PAY FOR THE YEAR. I wouldn’t bring a a WebKinz here to be seen.

Lobby stunk like urine and was not clean. I had an appointment today for 11am she said no one knew I had an appointment? I showed her my appointment confirmation/screen cap on my phone that has the exact address exact date and time that I was supposed to have my dog seen by Jacqueline Garcin, and she asked if I could come back at 3. My appointment was at 11am why would I come back at 3? Drove 35 mins there and 35 mins back. Waste of time, you walk in and receptionists act over whelmed and hold a pointing finger up at you. Overall, stinky place and for a doctor to not be in when I had an appointment, someone should have called or emailed or texted me. Waste of my time will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible service! We have given this location 3 chances. Not again! Wait times are terrible. Communication sucks! You feel rushed. Staff seem overwhelmed. Not their fault but it seems they need a bigger location with more staff. Make the trip to southern pines. They have wonderful service.

My Review Is Not Based On The Care My Cat Received, But On The Lack Of Communication And Poor Scheduling. I Originally Scheduled My Cat’s Appointment Online, But It Was Rescheduled Because The Doctor Was Not In. When I Called The Office, No One Answered. After Finally Reaching Someone, I Was Informed That My Appointment Had Been Moved To Monday, A Day I Had To Work, So I Rescheduled It To My Day Off. Princess Pickles Had A 9:00 A.M. Appointment On Wednesday. I Arrived Shortly After 9:00 A.M., And By 9:40 A.M. She Still Had Not Been Seen. I Was Told It Would Be A Simple Drop-Off Appointment, But When I Arrived, That Became An Issue. After All The Rescheduling, Confusion, And Waiting, I Left Without My Cat Ever Being Seen. Overall, I Am Very Dissatisfied With The Lack Of Communication, Scheduling Issues, And The Time Wasted.
