Absolutely terrible service! We have given this location 3 chances. Not again! Wait times are terrible. Communication sucks! You feel rushed. Staff seem overwhelmed. Not their fault but it seems they need a bigger location with more staff. Make the trip to southern pines. They have wonderful service.

My Review Is Not Based On The Care My Cat Received, But On The Lack Of Communication And Poor Scheduling. I Originally Scheduled My Cat’s Appointment Online, But It Was Rescheduled Because The Doctor Was Not In. When I Called The Office, No One Answered. After Finally Reaching Someone, I Was Informed That My Appointment Had Been Moved To Monday, A Day I Had To Work, So I Rescheduled It To My Day Off. Princess Pickles Had A 9:00 A.M. Appointment On Wednesday. I Arrived Shortly After 9:00 A.M., And By 9:40 A.M. She Still Had Not Been Seen. I Was Told It Would Be A Simple Drop-Off Appointment, But When I Arrived, That Became An Issue. After All The Rescheduling, Confusion, And Waiting, I Left Without My Cat Ever Being Seen. Overall, I Am Very Dissatisfied With The Lack Of Communication, Scheduling Issues, And The Time Wasted.

I had an appointment at 10:30 on 5/28. Someone called me and pushed back my appointment at 11am. I came in at 10:51 this lady with black hair with glasses told me she cant check me in right now. I waited for an hour for my kitten to be seen SHE HAS WORMS. They called me cause I had left told me I can come back in and once I came back they said I have to reschedule. So unprofessional I will not be coming back.

Unreliable customer service, especially when it's urgent. My 15-year-old dog has been with Banfield since 2020. I have been paying monthly fees for their Wellness Plan this whole time, but I deeply regret becoming a member and will absolutely NOT renew it. With their major system update happening tomorrow (May 20th), I desperately need his complete Lab History for his chronic illness. However, the file provided in the app is completely corrupted and unreadable. The clinic ignored my request and failed to call me back. I escalated this to "Banfield Cares" on May 14th, but after waiting for days, their Web Support just sent me a useless template email telling me to "contact my local clinic" again. They are just tossing me back and forth. They are gambling with a senior dog's medical data and showing zero care for long-term loyal customers. Horrible experience. [Update in response to the owner's reply]: Please stop telling me to call the clinic or email Web Support. I have ALREADY done both multiple times, and your Web Support literally told me to "contact the local clinic" yesterday morning. You are just repeating the same useless loop. I will not waste any more time chasing you. You already have my email address registered with my account. Do not tell me to call someone else; YOU investigate this internally, fix the corruption, and email me the readable PDF of my dog's complete Lab History immediately. Show some real accountability for a 15-year-old dog's life.
