Petco as accomodating to keep me abreast of the schedule to pick up Tyler right on time as I lived about 15 miles from the store. Additionally, the store has different pet accessories that are advanced in this new pet care world.

- APA ParksApr 29, 20261.0Tried to use my Petco rewards at this location and was told they don’t accept digital coupons, despite the email clearly stating otherwise. The cashier mumbled something about it being store policy and pulled a handwritten sign from behind the register. Not sure how you’re supposed to know, especially when the sign isn’t posted publicly. I live an hour away and lost out on my coupon because of this. Will not be returning to this store. Pet Supplies Plus across the parking lot is much friendlier!

In an almost empty store I waited over 20 minutes before just leaving and not making a rather large purchase over $200.00. This location needs more corporate oversight and more staffing to give a better customer experience.
