  My sister came here today and she brought my niece in to get her shots and Ariel was overly rude and very disrespectful! My sister had called prior to showing up to ask a few questions to have a clear understanding on a few things and she was told one thing but Ariel was saying something completely different and she started to get unprofessional which was uncalled for but luckily she has amazing coworkers like Luis to pick up her slack where she lacks!

  I recently had an experience at Vetco that left me disappointed with the customer service I received from Ariel. I explained that the representative I spoke with over the phone told me I would still be able to use a coupon, even though the pet connected to the account was no longer with me. Instead of trying to understand the situation or help resolve it, Ariel kept pushing a payment plan promotion that I already stated I was not interested in. What really bothered me was that she laughed and said, “Well this is why I told you to get the promotion,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I was simply going based on the information I had been given by another Vetco representative, and as a customer, I feel communication and policies should be consistent across all departments. Thankfully, Luis stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He listened, understood where I was coming from, and helped resolve the issue respectfully. I truly appreciated his patience and customer service. I hope Ariel can improve her customer service skills, especially when it comes to listening to customers, reading the room, and respecting when someone declines a promotion.

  I’ve been going here since I first got my puppy last year. They’ve done all her check ups and vaccines. Even reassured me when I would get stressed about the smallest things as a first time puppy mom. Dr. Tiller is my favorite vet and being a premier plus member has also helped with cost tremendously. 1000/10 highly recommend.

  I love that they are open on Saturdays so I don’t have to worry about missing work. They have upfront costs that are bundled together to make it easy to know how much you’ll be spending.

  Very excellent and affordable animal care is provided here! Dr. Tiller is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every aspect of care. Katie N and Michael G were both so kind and patient with my dog who was a little apprehensive and anxious.
