- ADAVERY DANZIGEROct 14, 20265.0I have tried three other veterinarians in the triangle area, and this is by far the best. I have an older cat, and they set me up with a yearly treatment plan that has given me a lot of peace of mind. Everyone there is very professional and compassionate. Dr Rachel Germain leads the vet team, and she is a skilled diagnostician and freely gives her advice and recommendations. I have never felt rushed to get through an exam. Their veterinary technicians are wonderful, and I must give a special shout out to Brendon, who handled my cat's intake with compassion, taking the time to explain everything, including my cats dosing schedule, and treatment protocols. The front staff are attentive and supportive, making the check in and check out a very easy experience. When my visit is done, they have my bill ready for me, and always have time to explain the bill in whatever detail I need. Highly recommended!

- TFTyler FrancisOct 10, 20261.0If your cat throws up a few times over a week, but is otherwise eating and healthy, NEVER take him here to get it checked out. They checked his liver enzymes, said they were high, then gave me a supplement to give him for his liver. The supplement made him stop eating, at which point they told me to take him to the ER. There, they said the supplement is what made him stop eating and his liver enzymes were already going down and he ate again without the supplement. The stress of the ER stay for the nonsensical liver false alarm led to a urinary blockage. It took him months to fully recover. Taking my cat to this hospital brought nothing but incompetence and trauma and MANY thousands of dollars in vet bills for months after. I would never, ever recommend this place for anything but vaccines. To this day I firmly believe my cat would’ve been fine on his own if I never took him here.

That is a huge advantage when o e of my dogs has high anxiety around other dogs. Also I am able to stay in the room with my dog.Which helps him. I would recommend this place.And the staff as well.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
