- BKBrian KrausJun 20, 20265.0Letty did a wonderful job with my Shih Tzu . I was pleasantly surprised because for the price it was a steal . Haircut , bath , nails trimmed , ears cleaned and more and I dropped him off and they texted when he was done for well under 100 including a tip . So if you can’t afford a 250 dollar cut or 140 this is a great option it’s an easy process and you can trust your dog is in good hands and that is priceless . He looks wonderful .
- KSKim SylviaMay 17, 20261.0Booked a noon time appointment for my dog only to walk in 4 hours later to see how much longer shed be, noticing she wasn’t finished I asked how much longer. The manager replied 20 more minutes. At this point my husband decided to walk around since it would only 20 more minutes. After 20 minutes I saw the manager still wasn’t done with grooming our dog. The manager then picked our dog off the table and took her behind the door to a kennel the manager assisted someone from the counter and proceed to put that “walk-in” on the table and started shaving it. After 10 minutes I walked in and asked if our dog was done. The manager said “no” we had a walk in, so I asked we had a noon appointment and your taking walk-ins? She immediately put the one dog back into a kennel and proceeded to finish our dog. Took another 30 minutes. Mind you our dog is 8 pound Maltese. Overall I’ve come to the conclusion since most groomers take only 2.5 hours with her, the manager has put our appointment longer to satisfy walk ins. Took 5 hours for a 2.5 haircut. She took 20% off our bill, although I wouldn’t recommend having your dog groomed here since the haircut wasn’t satisfied. Sloppy. New manager please!!!!!

- JBj beachSep 28, 20211.0The groomer did a horrible job. She said his fur was too matted in the back so she just hacked off his hair and left the matted part. His front wasn’t even brushed and all the loose hair was still there. When we picked him up all the lights were off and no one was in the grooming area. He was crying terribly and had been standing in urine. It was all over him. She even cut the white tip on the end of his tail. That was pure meanness. I got my money back! I will never take any animal back there.
