- LHLiv Hobbs3 days ago1.0I am absolutely upset. I come in, because a week or two ago I enjoyed checking this girl out specifically, I noticed they didn’t take great care of her so I asked employees if I could take her due to the lack of care she received, but the employee said no. I come back to get her and I see her molded and dead. So again, don’t buy from chain pet stores unless you wanna see the friend you made a week or two ago dead!
- NJNeshamy JamesSep 8, 20261.0The store itself smells terribly but i had to walk to the cashier to get assistance because there were no team members to help on the floor. We gave up waiting over 20 minutes and used the employee ladder to get the product we needed off the highest shelf. Really poor customer service and inattentive staff.

- RYRobert YoungSep 6, 20265.0Petco always has what I'm looking for when I go there. The staff is always helpful when I have questions.
- MBMackenzie BitterAug 30, 20265.0Brought in my excitable dog for a nail trim. Even though they were short staffed for the amount of people coming in (I totally missed the sign on the way in making sure my dog was comfortable. Totally on me), the manager, Qian, was super kind and took my dog in. She got the nails done quickly and was tolerant when my dog got excited at the other dog in the room. I am also appreciative of her for giving me suggestions on next time since, opposite of what I thought, Sundays are always super busy for them.
