  I gave this Petco two chances, and both experiences were disappointing. First, I scheduled a vaccination appointment for 10:30 a.m. through their website. When I arrived, I was told vaccinations are only done from 3–6 p.m. If that’s the case, why does the website allow appointments outside those hours? I had to completely rearrange my day and come back at 3 p.m. Thankfully, the mobile veterinary staff were fast, professional, and very kind. They were the only positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, the grooming appointment was even more frustrating. I booked it nearly a week in advance and paid for add-ons, including a flea treatment. Then, while I was already driving to the appointment, I received a call saying they couldn’t groom my dog because he might have fleas. If your policy is to refuse dogs with fleas, why advertise flea treatment as a grooming add-on? Also, I’m not even certain my dog has fleas—it could be flea dermatitis. That should have been discussed before the appointment, not as I was on my way. To make matters worse, I tried calling twice to speak with the groomer and no one answered. I even walked to the grooming entrance around 8:50 a.m., and despite the store opening at 9, there wasn’t a groomer or associate in sight to help. This location wasted hours of my time across two separate appointments because of poor communication and misleading scheduling. I appreciate the mobile veterinary team for their excellent service, but I won’t be returning to this Petco. I’d HIGHLY recommend taking your business somewhere that respects your time and communicates clearly.

  Not a single living fish in sight. If you want to buy a few hundred dead fish this is your spot, they just leave them in the tanks

  The employee gave my pup a treat just for coming in. Also she helped me upload my $5 reward. The store was clean and easy to find dog section and things my pup likes to shop for!!!!
