I want anyone to know that I give my reviews based on my experience and fully honest no matter what... I have never been treated like I was this morning trying to get a appointment for my cat she was so hateful she made me cry & that's not happened in so long I can't even remember... I made the appointment but called back and cancelled made a appointment for him at another place they were Very nice... this really shocked me I don't have the words this is a truthful review..

Worst location, a lady by the name of Barbara is very unprofessional and doesn’t have any compassion for your pets or your concerns. My kitty was seen there Monday and the medication prescribed she was given did not do well either my kitty stomach so I call the vet Wednesday to see If I can be prescribed something else, I spoke with a nonchalant woman name Barbara about my concerns she showed no care , she placed me on hold! If you don’t like your job please go find you something else to do! Wanting to charge for medications that don’t work for paying customers is not good for business! Help your customers and their animals! Have good business practices!! Not keeping charging fees!! My kitty is still sick and solution was given for my animal! I’m highly upset!! If I could give a 0 stars I would!!!

I brought my dog in for vaccines on the week of the 4th and the receptionist forgot to provide me with my dog’s simparica trio. I was so busy trying to tame my anxious dog I didn’t notice until later when I went to give it to him. When I call to request if they could provide it the woman yells at me to calm down when I was simply explaining my concern and request. She was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. I don’t see how my request to care for my pet caused her to have a nasty attitude but she managed to ruin my day. Never coming back.

just had a call from them and was very displeased with the customer service. woman on the phone was rude and inconsiderate, they also shouldn’t put appointment times on their site if they don’t actually want you to come in then. if i book a 430 appointment i should be able to have that appointment without being guilted and forced into changing it. very disappointing to be treated this way, not everyone has the availability to just come in whenever they want.

Not happy with the veterinary care received today. I brought my dog in to have a mass growing on both of his paws that weren’t there, and they said it seemed fine. I told them at the initial of the visit I wanted his nails trimmed, said they couldn’t do it due to my dog not cooperating which doesn’t make sense because my dog consistently visits a groomer and it’s never been an issue. They also gave a vague diagnosis of his itchy skin which is a chronic condition I’ve been dealing with for years. Not sure what vet was working today but I feel like it was just someone wearing scrubs today that saw my pet. I paid 100 for a rabies shot essentially. Do yourself a favor and visit a REAL vet, and if banfield is your only choice avoid this location.
