  Never have I ever said this before, but whoever the heavyset lady is that works the cash register that’s constantly pissed off at the planet. She needs to be fired immediately. Every time I go to this Petco and she’s working, it is always a miserable experience. Imagine that just checking out. Happens to be a miserable experience. The last time we were there, thankfully we didn’t get her, but the guy behind us did she’s sitting there on her cell phone Texting whoever the heck she’s texting the time before that she was sitting here eating Bojangles. She never calls you up. She just let you sit there in line while she slacks off and when you do go up to her being a normal human, you think that she would sit there and say hi how are you today? No, it’s never the asking of a customers day which would be customer service. She does the opposite 100% which is oh no I’m not gonna say anything. Other than is that it She is so miserable with working or doing any form of effort it’s like why are you here? Six different occasions six different negative experiences. They need to fire that girl immediately.

  I like this Petco overall. But I have to say that i was upset about the grooming of my mini Australian Shepard recently. The groomer said she would have to go on the shorter side bc of some matting around his rear, which was not bad. There were a couple that could have been easily taken care of. His coat was otherwise in good condition. (He didn’t have Mats all over by any means). I get there to pick him up and he’s completely shaved. Other than a tiny bit of the fur on his face. I’ve never had a bad experience with a groomer or had a groomer shave him. He has a double coat so you are not supposed to shave them. It will mess up their coat. I was honestly too in shock to say anything about it at the time of pick up. I called and spoke to the female manager a couple of days later, who stated she would get back to me with a resolution, but I haven’t heard anything back weeks later.

  Regularly out of crickets. Haven't figured out the live bug shipment situation quite yet.

  Our family has visited this place many times because we have animal and our children love animals. The dog trainer there has been wonderful and is very educated on several different species of animals. She has given us i advise on reptiles, dogs and even fish. I definitely trust her. It can get crowded when there is a vaccine clinic going on. I just used caution with your pets in the store.

  Bless them. I tried to get half off for this dog toy but the owner himself said, it’s just a dog toy, someone will pay full price (the head was printed upside down). Y’all can. I like my coins in my savings. I find errors and discounts when I can.
