  I have been going to the Petco Vet at Arboretum/Pineville-Matthews for many years, and I absolutely love this location. Everyone is so helpful, kind, and caring, from the doctors to the technicians. I especially want to recognize **Brian**, who is such a friendly, and knowledgeable vet technician. He works incredibly hard and always takes the time to be helpful.  He is also such a sweet and funny person—he can always make you laugh! I truly appreciate Brian and the entire team at this location. They make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Thank you all for the wonderful care you provide!

  We had a wonderful experience at Vetco Total Care today with our cat, Michelle, who came in for her booster vaccination. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The staff was kind and caring, and Kelly, the veterinary assistant, was especially warm, gentle, and attentive. She made us feel comfortable and took great care of our cat. We also appreciated the transparent pricing with no surprises and the efficient service. Everything was clearly explained, and the appointment was quick without feeling rushed. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend Vetco Total Care to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care for their pets.
