  I arrived with my dog early to fill out paperwork as they recommend and when we walked in the door no one was at the front desk. We waited for about 10 minutes before seeing anyone working, which then was greeted with a very monotone follow me back to the weigh station prompt. I told her my dog has a lot of anxiety at the vet and she replied with literally nothing. Just super weird vibes. We got put into the examination room (still haven’t filled out any paperwork at this point) and continued to sit there waiting for someone to come check on us. We waited long enough to the point where I started reading other reviews and we left without being seen. We had also been on the schedule for the week prior which they called to cancel because they found out they wouldn’t have a vet on site. Just overall not the “friendly, kind” experience we were looking for in a vet. We didn’t even get a service because I felt if they don’t have a bed side manner I don’t want to deal with them. I have never left a bad review for a place before but I felt that this was so frustrating to me as going to the vet is already a big stress in mine AND my dogs day and they really didn’t help the situation.

  Getting out of Charlotte was a nightmare! But the Animal Hospital took care of my guinea pig, Hurricane while I was there, I took her there because she had blood in her urine, her xray was taken and thankfully no bladderstone, they were quick sending Hurricanes Primary Vet the results of Hurricanes xray and urine sample, she was treated for a bladder infection, she is doing fine now, Other than getting out of Charlotte, my experience there was good, I would use them again if I had to travel far

  I’ve been a regular here for years, but the customer service I’ve received with my dog Millie the past year has been truly exceptional. I’m giving them a big 5-star ⭐️ from the front desk all the way to Dr. Hayden and Chris!

  Brought my new kitten here for his first visit. We were there for an hour, and the vet told me they only saw 4 fleas on him. However, as soon as we got home, we pulled over 15+ fleas off him. I understand medication pulls fleas to the surface, but missing that many during a full one-hour appointment? We also got a charge for the NexGard which I understand is upcharged for business reasons, but to not issue a prescription with it just because it lasts 30 days is greedy. On top of all of this, since we started coming here we’ve had a $90 minimum evaluation fee for every single follow-up booster visit (even just 2 weeks later), rather than offering standard, lower-cost tech/nurse visits for routine kitten shots just due to the fact they’re kittens. If you are on a budget for your pet’s vaccine series, look elsewhere. I am transferring my kitten's care to a clinic with more transparent and fair pricing.
