The only good thing that has come out of the visit was that the service was comped and the emergency bill was paid for on behalf of petco because unfortunately it was fault of there own doing. This is the second and last time I believe I will have my dog Rello serviced at Petco however I will continue shopping there.

However, my dog Fendi and I love Ashley and her services every time! This positive review is strictly based on our interactions with her. I asked today if I could work directly with her and she offered her card so, I’d recommend going that route for a friendly experience.

Took my dog today and they told me they couldn't groom her because she peed when they picked her up....ok are you not about to wash her? If you go there make sure you don't get Ashley. I've never had her before and will make sure to never get her again.
