All of the ladies were absolutely amazing and so loving toward him, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.. especially after having a horrendous experience at a different Petco location. Bruno looked and felt AMAZING afterward! I even took him out the next day, and someone specifically complimented how nice and clean-cut his nails looked. That alone says a lot about the care and attention they put into their work! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend them! I especially want to thank Chelsea for taking such great care of Bruno. I hated that I wasn’t able to tip her at the time, but I’m hoping I can make up for it and double the tip in the future! Thank you so much, ladies, for being so kind, welcoming, and loving to Bruno. You truly made this such a wonderful experience for both of us! ❤️🐾

I got flagged down and questioned by another employee asking if “I paid for that?” I got suspected of stealing a bag of food and when I told the employee that I just picked my online order he responded with “well I didn’t see you.” Then I had to pull my phone out and prove I had an online order. Absolutely crazy getting accused of stealing while still wearing my uniform from work.
